Ali lahko MoreRoom izbriše kaj pomembnega?
MoreRoom nikoli ničesar ne odstrani sam. Vsak element izberete vi, najprej gre v Smeti in dejanje lahko razveljavite. Elementi, ki morda vsebujejo kaj, kar vam je pomembno, so označeni z „Najprej preglejte“, elementov z oznako „Vaši podatki“ pa v MoreRoom sploh ni mogoče odstraniti.
Zakaj MoreRoom potrebuje poln dostop do diska?
macOS nekatere mape — Mail, Sporočila, Fotografije, Namizje, Dokumenti, Prenosi in podatke drugih aplikacij — skrije pred vsemi aplikacijami, dokler tega ne dovolite. S polnim dostopom do diska jih MoreRoom lahko izmeri; vaših datotek nikoli ne naloži na splet in jih ne spreminja. Vklopite ga v Sistemske nastavitve › Zasebnost in varnost › Poln dostop do diska ali pa zaženite pregled brez njega: zaščitene mape bodo takrat izpuščene.
Izbrisal(a) sem datoteke, a prosti prostor se ni spremenil. Zakaj?
Elementi v Smeteh zasedajo prostor, dokler Smeti ne izpraznite. Aplikacija lahko izbrisane datoteke tudi še drži odprte: MoreRoom pokaže ta „fantomski prostor“ in katero aplikacijo morate zapreti. Izbrisane podatke lahko nekaj časa hranijo tudi lokalni posnetki Time Machine.
Zakaj se številke v MoreRoom razlikujejo od Finderjevih?
Finder prostor, ki ga je mogoče sprostiti — predpomnilnike in posnetke, ki jih macOS lahko izbriše sam — šteje kot razpoložljiv. MoreRoom ga prikaže ločeno, izmeri, koliko datoteke dejansko zasedajo na disku, in pojasni preostanek Sistemskih podatkov. Tako kot Finder uporablja desetiške enote: 1 GB je 1.000.000.000 bajtov.
Kako razveljavim ali obnovim nekaj, kar sem odstranil(a)?

Brezplačna različica pregleda ves vaš Mac, vse pojasni, vključuje Vreme na disku, pripomoček, opozorila in fantomski prostor ter omogoča odstranjevanje elementov in aplikacij, enega za drugim. Pro sprosti prostor v enem koraku: Zbiralnik, „Dodaj vse varne elemente“, način cilja, hibernacija projektov ter celotni diski v oblaku naenkrat.
Kako aktiviram licenčni ključ?
V MoreRoom izberite MoreRoom › Nastavitve, odprite zavihek Licenca in kliknite Vnesi licenčni ključ… (ali katero koli oznako PRO). Prilepite ključ iz e-pošte — začne se z MR- — in kliknite Aktiviraj. Mac mora biti pri tem povezan z internetom.
Izgubil(a) sem licenčni ključ. Kaj lahko storim?
Na strani za obnovitev licence vnesite e-poštni naslov, uporabljen pri nakupu, in v nekaj minutah vam bomo poslali nov ključ. Ta nadomesti starega, že aktivirani Maci pa bodo še naprej delovali.
Na koliko Macih lahko uporabljam MoreRoom in kako preidem na nov Mac?
Ena licenca deluje na največ 3 Macih. Aktivirajte ključ na novem Macu. Če MoreRoom sporoči, da je licenca že v uporabi na največjem dovoljenem številu Macov, na Macu, ki ga ne uporabljate več, odprite Nastavitve › Licenca in kliknite Deaktiviraj ta Mac, ali pa nam pišite in mesto bomo sprostili mi.
Kako prekličem Pro letni?
Kadar koli, prek povezave v e-poštnem potrdilu o plačilu ali tako, da nam pišete. Pro ostane aktiven do konca plačanega leta; nato se MoreRoom vrne v brezplačno različico in na vašem Macu se nič ne izgubi.
Lahko dobim denar nazaj?
Da. V 30 dneh od nakupa ali letnega podaljšanja, iz kakršnega koli razloga: pišite nam z e-poštnega naslova, ki ste ga uporabili, in vrnili vam bomo celoten znesek. Vračilo je običajno vidno v 5 do 10 delovnih dneh.

Kako dodam pripomoček MoreRoom na namizje?
Enkrat odprite MoreRoom. Nato pridržite tipko Control in kliknite namizje, izberite Uredi pripomočke…, poiščite MoreRoom in povlecite majhen ali srednji pripomoček na namizje.
Kako MoreRoom popolnoma odstranim?
Če uporabljate Pro, najprej v Nastavitve › Licenca kliknite Deaktiviraj ta Mac. Zaprite MoreRoom in ga povlecite iz mape Aplikacije v Smeti, nato izbrišite nekaj datotek, ki jih hrani v vaši mapi Knjižnica; članek jih navaja korak za korakom.
