Može li MoreRoom obrisati nešto važno?
MoreRoom nikad ništa ne uklanja sam. Svaku stavku birate vi, ona najprije ide u Smeće i radnju možete poništiti. Stavke koje bi mogle sadržavati nešto do čega vam je stalo označene su s „Najprije pregledajte“, a stavke označene s „Vaši podaci“ uopće se ne mogu ukloniti iz MoreRooma.
Zašto MoreRoom treba potpuni pristup disku?
macOS skriva neke mape — Mail, Poruke, Fotografije, Radnu površinu, Dokumente, Preuzimanja i podatke drugih aplikacija — od svih aplikacija dok to ne dopustite. S potpunim pristupom disku MoreRoom ih može izmjeriti; nikad ne prenosi niti mijenja vaše datoteke. Uključite ga u Postavke sustava › Privatnost i sigurnost › Potpuni pristup disku ili skenirajte bez njega: zaštićene mape tada se preskaču.
Obrisao/la sam datoteke, ali slobodni prostor se nije promijenio. Zašto?
Stavke u Smeću i dalje zauzimaju prostor dok ga ne ispraznite. Aplikacija može i držati obrisane datoteke otvorenima: MoreRoom prikazuje taj „fantomski prostor“ i koju aplikaciju treba zatvoriti. Lokalne snimke Time Machinea također mogu neko vrijeme čuvati obrisane podatke.
Zašto se brojke u MoreRoomu razlikuju od onih u Finderu?
Finder prostor koji se može očistiti — međuspremnike i snimke koje macOS može sam obrisati — računa kao dostupan. MoreRoom ga prikazuje zasebno, mjeri koliko datoteke stvarno zauzimaju na disku i objašnjava ostatak Podataka sustava. Kao i Finder, koristi decimalne jedinice: 1 GB je 1.000.000.000 bajtova.
Kako poništiti ili vratiti nešto što sam uklonio/la?
Pritisnite ⌘Z ili kliknite Poništi u poruci koja potvrđuje uklanjanje. Ranija uklanjanja nalaze se u Povijesti, u rubnom stupcu: kliknite Vrati. Stavke koje je uklonio njihov vlastiti alat, označene s „Trajno“, ne mogu se vratiti.
Koja je razlika između besplatne verzije i Pro verzije?
Besplatna verzija skenira cijeli vaš Mac, sve objašnjava, uključuje Prognozu za disk, widget, upozorenja i fantomski prostor te vam omogućuje uklanjanje stavki i deinstalaciju aplikacija jednu po jednu. Pro oslobađa prostor u jednom potezu: Sakupljač, „Dodaj sve sigurne stavke“, način rada s ciljem, hibernacija projekata te cijeli diskovi u oblaku odjednom.
Kako aktivirati licencni ključ?
U MoreRoomu odaberite MoreRoom › Postavke, otvorite karticu Licenca i kliknite Unesi licencni ključ… (ili bilo koju oznaku PRO). Zalijepite ključ iz e-poruke — počinje s MR- — i kliknite Aktiviraj. Mac za to mora biti povezan s internetom.
Izgubio/la sam licencni ključ. Što mogu učiniti?
Na stranici za oporavak licence unesite adresu e-pošte korištenu pri kupnji i za nekoliko minuta poslat ćemo vam novi ključ. On zamjenjuje stari, a već aktivirana Mac računala nastavljaju raditi.
Na koliko Mac računala mogu koristiti MoreRoom i kako prijeći na novi Mac?
Jedna licenca radi na najviše 3 Mac računala. Aktivirajte ključ na novom Macu. Ako MoreRoom javi da se licenca već koristi na najvećem dopuštenom broju Mac računala, otvorite Postavke › Licenca na Macu koji više ne koristite i kliknite Deaktiviraj ovaj Mac ili nam pišite pa ćemo mi osloboditi mjesto.
Kako otkazati Pro godišnji?
U bilo kojem trenutku, putem poveznice u e-poruci s potvrdom plaćanja ili tako da nam pišete. Pro ostaje aktivan do kraja plaćene godine; zatim se MoreRoom vraća na besplatnu verziju i ništa se na vašem Macu ne gubi.
Mogu li dobiti povrat novca?
Da. U roku od 30 dana od kupnje ili godišnje obnove, iz bilo kojeg razloga: pišite nam s adrese e-pošte koju ste koristili i vratit ćemo vam cijeli iznos. Povrat je obično vidljiv u roku od 5 do 10 radnih dana.
Prenosi li MoreRoom moje datoteke?
Ne. Skeniranje se odvija u potpunosti na vašem Macu, a nazivi, putanje i sadržaj datoteka nikad ga ne napuštaju. MoreRoom se povezuje s internetom samo radi aktivacije i obnove Pro licence, preuzimanja potpisanih ažuriranja pravila i provjere novih verzija.
Kako dodati MoreRoom widget na radnu površinu?
Jednom otvorite MoreRoom. Zatim kliknite radnu površinu uz pritisnutu tipku Control, odaberite Uredi widgete…, potražite MoreRoom i povucite mali ili srednji widget na radnu površinu.
Kako potpuno deinstalirati MoreRoom?
Ako koristite Pro, najprije kliknite Deaktiviraj ovaj Mac u Postavke › Licenca. Zatvorite MoreRoom, povucite ga iz mape Aplikacije u Smeće, a zatim obrišite nekoliko datoteka koje čuva u vašoj mapi Knjižnica — članak ih navodi korak po korak.
