Törölhet a MoreRoom valami fontosat?
A MoreRoom soha nem távolít el semmit magától. Ön választ ki minden elemet, az először a Kukába kerül, és a művelet visszavonható. Az olyan elemek, amelyekben fontos dolog lehet, „Előbb ellenőrizze” címkét kapnak, „Az Ön adatai” jelölésű elemeket pedig egyáltalán nem lehet eltávolítani a MoreRoomból.
Miért van szüksége a MoreRoomnak teljes lemezhozzáférésre?
A macOS bizonyos mappákat – a Mail, az Üzenetek és a Fotók adatait, az Íróasztal, a Dokumentumok és a Letöltések mappát, valamint más appok adatait – minden app elől elrejt, hacsak nem engedélyezi. Teljes lemezhozzáféréssel a MoreRoom megmérheti őket; a fájljait soha nem tölti fel és nem módosítja. Kapcsolja be a Rendszerbeállítások › Adatvédelem és biztonság › Teljes lemezhozzáférés menüpontban, vagy vizsgáljon nélküle: ilyenkor a védett mappák kimaradnak.
Töröltem fájlokat, de nem lett több szabad hely. Miért?
A Kukában lévő elemek mindaddig helyet foglalnak, amíg ki nem üríti. Egy app is nyitva tarthat törölt fájlokat: a MoreRoom megmutatja ezt a „fantomhelyet”, és azt is, melyik appból kell kilépnie. A Time Machine helyi pillanatképei is megőrizhetnek egy ideig törölt adatokat.
Miért mást mutat a MoreRoom, mint a Finder?
A Finder a kiüríthető helyet – a gyorsítótárakat és pillanatképeket, amelyeket a macOS magától is törölhet – rendelkezésre állónak számolja. A MoreRoom ezt külön mutatja, azt méri, mennyi helyet foglalnak a fájlok ténylegesen a lemezen, és elmagyarázza a Rendszeradatok többi részét. A Finderhez hasonlóan decimális mértékegységeket használ: 1 GB = 1 000 000 000 bájt.
Hogyan vonhatom vissza vagy állíthatom vissza, amit eltávolítottam?
Nyomja meg a ⌘Z billentyűkombinációt, vagy kattintson a Visszavonás gombra az eltávolítást megerősítő üzenetben. A korábbi eltávolításokat az oldalsáv Előzmények részében találja: kattintson a Visszaállítás gombra. A saját eszközükkel eltávolított, „Végleges” jelölésű elemek nem állíthatók vissza.
Mi a különbség az ingyenes verzió és a Pro között?
Az ingyenes verzió átvizsgálja az egész Macet, mindent elmagyaráz, tartalmazza a Tárhely-előrejelzést, a widgetet, az értesítéseket és a fantomhelyet, és lehetővé teszi, hogy egyenként távolítson el elemeket és appokat. A Pro egy lépésben szabadít fel helyet: Gyűjtő, „Minden biztonságos elem hozzáadása”, Célmód, projekthibernálás és teljes felhőmeghajtók egyszerre.
Hogyan aktiválhatom a licenckulcsomat?
A MoreRoomban válassza a MoreRoom › Beállítások menüpontot, nyissa meg a Licenc lapot, és kattintson a „Licenckulcs megadása…” gombra (vagy bármelyik PRO címkére). Illessze be az e-mailben kapott kulcsot – MR- előtaggal kezdődik –, és kattintson az Aktiválás gombra. Ehhez a Macnek csatlakoznia kell az internethez.
Elvesztettem a licenckulcsomat. Mit tehetek?
Adja meg a vásárláskor használt e-mail-címét a licenc-helyreállítási oldalon, és perceken belül e-mailben küldünk egy új kulcsot. Ez felváltja a régit, a már aktivált Macek pedig továbbra is működnek.
Hány Macen használhatom, és hogyan térhetek át egy új Macre?
Egy licenc legfeljebb 3 Macen működik. Aktiválja a kulcsot az új Macen. Ha a MoreRoom azt jelzi, hogy a licenc már a maximális számú Macen van használatban, nyissa meg a Beállítások › Licenc lapot egy olyan Macen, amelyet már nem használ, és kattintson az „Ezen Mac deaktiválása” gombra, vagy írjon nekünk, és felszabadítunk egy helyet.
Hogyan mondhatom le a Pro éves előfizetést?
Bármikor, a nyugtát tartalmazó e-mailben lévő linkkel vagy nekünk írva. A Pro a kifizetett év végéig aktív marad; ezután a MoreRoom visszavált az ingyenes verzióra, és a Macén semmi sem vész el.
Kérhetek visszatérítést?
Igen. A vásárlástól vagy az éves megújítástól számított 30 napon belül, bármilyen okból: írjon nekünk a vásárláskor használt e-mail-címről, és a teljes összeget visszatérítjük. A visszatérítés általában 5–10 munkanapon belül jelenik meg.
Feltölti a MoreRoom a fájljaimat?
Nem. A vizsgálatok teljes egészében a Macen futnak, és a fájlnevek, az elérési utak és a fájlok tartalma soha nem hagyja el azt. A MoreRoom csak a Pro licenc aktiválásához és megújításához, az aláírt szabályfrissítések letöltéséhez és az új verziók kereséséhez kapcsolódik az internetre.
Hogyan tehetem ki a MoreRoom widgetet az asztalra?
Nyissa meg egyszer a MoreRoomot. Ezután a Control billentyűt lenyomva tartva kattintson az asztalra, válassza a Widgetek szerkesztése… lehetőséget, keressen rá a MoreRoomra, és húzza a kis vagy a közepes widgetet az asztalra.
Hogyan távolíthatom el teljesen a MoreRoomot?
Ha a Prót használja, először kattintson az „Ezen Mac deaktiválása” gombra a Beállítások › Licenc lapon. Lépjen ki a MoreRoomból, húzza az Alkalmazások mappából a Kukába, majd törölje azt a néhány fájlt, amelyet a Könyvtár mappában tárol – ezeket a cikk lépésről lépésre felsorolja.
