Get a new key

Go to the licence recovery page, enter the email address you used to buy MoreRoom Pro, and click Email me my key.

For privacy, the page always gives the same answer, whether or not a licence matches: “If a MoreRoom licence matches this email, a new key is on its way.” If one matches, the email arrives within a few minutes.

Why a new key?

We never store your key in a readable form — only a fingerprint of it — so we can’t send the old one back. Instead, each active licence gets a new key:

• the old key stops working for new activations (MoreRoom would say the licence is no longer active);
• Macs already activated keep working, with nothing to do;
• your plan, renewal date and refund rights don’t change.

Didn’t get the email?

• Wait a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure you used the same address as at checkout — the one Stripe’s receipt was sent to.
• You can ask up to 3 times an hour. After that, the page says to try again later.
• Still nothing? Contact us with your purchase email, and a real person will help.

Expired or refunded licences

Only active licences get a new key. If your Pro Yearly subscription has ended, buy Pro again on the pricing page — or contact us if you think it should still be active.
